Returns Policy

This Wholesale Returns Policy applies to all approved stockists and wholesale partners of TMB The Label.

 

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined below.



1. General Policy



All wholesale orders are considered final sale. TMB The Label does not accept returns or offer refunds for:



  • Change of mind
  • Over-ordering
  • Slow sell-through
  • Customer preference issues
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or fit


As a wholesale brand, we encourage all partners to review our samples and size guides carefully before placing orders.




2. Damaged or Faulty Goods



We will replace or credit items that are:



  • Faulty due to manufacturing defects
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items shipped



Notification Requirements:





  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Email must include:
    • Order number
    • Style name and size
    • Clear photos of the fault or damage
    • Description of the issue



Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.




3. Approval Process



Returns must be approved in writing by TMB The Label before goods are sent back.



Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.



If approved:



  • Items must be returned within 7 days of approval
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Once items are placed out for sale in the store they cannot be returned.



4. Credits & Replacements



Approved claims will be resolved by:



  • Replacement stock (if available), or
  • Store credit applied to your wholesale account


Refunds are not issued unless required by law.



Credits must be used within 3 months of issue.

 

5. Shipping Responsibility

 

·       Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer unless the return is due to our error.

 

  • We recommend tracked shipping, as TMB The Label is not responsible for lost return parcels.



6. Sale Items



All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or credited.




7. Australian Consumer Law



Nothing in this policy excludes rights available under applicable consumer law where relevant.
